Self care and stress relief
Are you feeling tired and stressed? Are you in need of some self-care?
The world doesn’t stop when you are grieving. Somehow, you have to find the energy and resilience to keep going, pay the bills etc, during an overwhelming time in your life when your workload has increased and you may also have to look after others. With all that happening, often your own self-care is sacrificed and comes last.
During Suzanne’s workshop, you will learn practical strategies and self-massage tips to reduce stress and improve sleep. Your body and mind begin to heal when you are relaxed or sleeping so it is important for your health and wellbeing to make those things a priority. This workshop will conclude with a healing relaxation visualisation session.
About Suzanne
Life has taught Suzanne that time is precious and for the past 24 years, she has been helping people with physical and emotional pain and stress on-line and at her Good Health & Pain Relief Clinic.
Widowed seven years ago, her husband’s death had similarities to the sudden loss of her father when she was 21. Unresolved anger and grief back then, triggered Suzanne’s own life-threatening diagnosis ten months later of a fast progressing, pain and neurological condition. With doctors unable to help, Suzanne did her own research to fully recover, subsequently going on to get married and have two daughters.
When her husband passed decades later in 2016, Suzanne was acutely aware of how unresolved anger and grief can negatively impact a person’s physical and mental health. Realising that the strategies she had used to recover and stay well were universal (and could help with many health and pain conditions), Suzanne wrote her first book ‘Drug Free Pain Relief’.
She then expanded on her existing qualifications in Advanced Bowen Therapy, Reflexology and Massage to include Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming and Time Line Therapy. Becoming a Master Practitioner and Trainer, Suzanne used that brain training to process her own grief and also help others.
Recently named ‘International NLP Practitioner of the Year’, Suzanne is an international speaker and author, conducts workshops and works one-on-one with clients. Her mission is to empower people with practical skills so that they can transform their physical and emotional pain into wellness and personal power.
